Odama Studio 2026

At Odama Studio, we respect your privacy. We only collect the personal information we need to run our services and improve this website, and we handle it responsibly and in line with applicable law. This page explains what information we collect from site visitors, how we use it, and when we might share it. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

Company Commitment

The Company is fully committed to creating and maintaining a work environment that is safe, professional, and built on mutual respect. The Company does not tolerate any form of violation of the code of ethics or integrity norms within the workplace and continuously strengthens internal control mechanisms to ensure legal protection and rights for all stakeholders.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect and store the personal information you give us voluntarily, such as your name, email address, or phone number. We don't share it with third parties without your consent, unless we need to in order to deliver our services, and we only use it for the purpose you gave it to us for. We keep it confidential and take reasonable security measures to guard against loss, theft, and unauthorized disclosure.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Disclosure may occur if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

To operate the site we rely on a small number of service providers, who process data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own: Attio, which holds our client records; Google, for the spreadsheet the inquiries are recorded in, for reCAPTCHA, and for Analytics; and Resend, which delivers the notification and the acknowledgement email. What you send through the inquiry form reaches only Attio, the spreadsheet, and your own inbox.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously, but no method of transmitting data over the internet, or storing it electronically, is completely secure. We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but we can't guarantee it will never be compromised.

Access to Your Personal Information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you. We may ask for additional details first, to confirm the request is actually coming from you. Once we've verified your identity, we'll send you a copy of what we have. There are a few cases where we can't share it: if it's protected by attorney-client privilege, covered by a trade secret, confidential, or we're otherwise barred from disclosing it by law. If that happens, we'll let you know and explain why.

Cookies and Browsing Data

We use two types of cookies, matching the two categories in our cookie banner. Essential cookies are needed for the website to operate properly and to protect it from spam; they are always on. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our site; they are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off again at any time below. You can also disable cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the inquiry form, from working.

We use no advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind, and we do not sell or share browsing data. Apart from the mode preference described below, two things on this site can write a cookie, and neither does so silently. Google Analytics measures which pages are read and where visitors arrive from; it stays disabled until you accept it, and if you decline it never writes a cookie or identifier at all. Google reCAPTCHA protects the inquiry form from automated abuse; it loads only when you begin using that form, and is necessary for the form to work.

We also record the IP address of anyone submitting the inquiry form, briefly and in memory only, to limit how often the form can be submitted from one place. It is discarded within an hour and is never used to identify you.

We set one small cookie of our own to remember whether you see the site in Quick mode or as the full experience, either because you chose one with the switch at the top of the page, or because the site moved you to Quick mode when the full experience was running too slowly on your device. It holds only that choice, lasts a year, and is used for nothing else; it is needed for the mode you are in to stay the same from one page to the next.

Your answer to the cookie banner is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not ask again on every visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
